Refund policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package. You’ll need to return the item—shipping at your expense—and we’ll issue the refund once we’ve received and inspected it. Please note we don’t refund shipping costs, and items that are damaged or worn are ineligible for refunds.
