Lace must be uncut
Returned in original packaging

No returns on wigs that have been worn, customised, styled, or had the lace cut.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Is the hair 100% human?
Yes, our wigs are made from 100% Vietnamese human hair
No synthetic fibres, animal hair, or fillers included

Can I dye or bleach my wig?
Yes, our wigs can be:
Dyed
Bleached
Toned
Always use a professional hairstylist for chemical processing to avoid damage.

When using heat tools (like flat irons or curlers), always apply a heat protectant spray to avoid damaging the hair

Washing & Conditioning
Wash your wig every 10–15 wears or when it feels heavy from product buildup.
Use sulphate-free, paraben-free shampoo in lukewarm water.
Apply moisturising conditioner from mid-lengths to ends (avoid the lace area).
Rinse well and pat dry with a soft towel—do not rub or twist.

Drying
Air-dry your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head.
Avoid drying on flat surfaces or door handles which can affect the wig's shape.
If using a blow dryer, apply a heat protectant spray and use a low heat setting.

Styling
Our wigs can be straightened, curled, or styled as you like.
Always use a heat protectant spray before applying any hot tools.
Limit daily heat usage to preserve the softness and structure of the hair.
Use lightweight styling products to avoid buildup.

Caring for Curls
Plait or twist curls every night to prevent tangling and maintain definition.
Use a mix of water, leave-in conditioner, and mousse to refresh curls daily.
Detangle gently with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb while curls are damp.

Brushing & Detangling
Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush—start from the ends and move upwards.
Detangle before washing and after each wear.
Be gentle with knots—never tug harshly to avoid shedding.

Storage
Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to keep its shape.
Keep away from direct sunlight, dust, and damp areas.
For long-term storage, place it in a silk/satin bag or its original packaging.
